Strategic Priorities

We have identified six priorities which will guide our decisions, direction and operational plans over these next five years. To align with our curriculum plans, we have described them in their Intent, Implementation and Impact.

• Intent is the overall purpose of the priority
• Implementation describes what we do to achieve that
• Impact is the difference we want the achievement of the priority to to make, and how we will ensure progress and know we have got there

All the strategic priorities will form the basis of the annual School Improvement Plan (SIP), which will identify specific operational actions. The SIP and the achievement of the priorities and plans will be formally and regularly monitored by the Trustees of the school.
